Installers arrived at appointed time and competent in installation. Cleanup was very good. They explained how to operate windows, and also showed us where a technician would be coming out to install proper color trim on two of the windows. Technician arrived the next day and installed the trim. We were very satisfied with quality of windows and the installation.
