We are replacing our windows a few at a time as our budget permits. All your employees that we have worked with are all very friendly and helpful. I really really love the two picture windows that you put into our breakfast room and bedroom. I now have a very clear view of all the flowers, birds, squirrels, trees and ducks that come to enjoy our woodland garden. The window is so clear now, that you really have to stand still so they don't see you and leave. Any problems that we have had were handled quickly. We've still got about 11 more windows for you to transform. When that is finished, we need to do siding. Hopefully Burnett is as good at siding as they are windows. more

From my first visit to the showroom, meeting Rick to discuss my window replacement project, scheduling with Megan, down to installation time with Rod and Lloyd (sorry if I have the names wrong, its been a few weeks)...people couldn't have treated me or my home with more respect. People actually LISTENED to what my concerns were, took note, and made sure everything went smoothly. Now sure, I wish the wait had been less, and I wish there'd been a little more communication during the wait time...but all in all, now that my windows are in, I am very happy. The guys cleaned up around the installation areas really well and they took care of my azalea bushes. None of my plaster, woodwork, or plantation shutters was damaged AT ALL. As I've had windows replaced previously in a former home and wasn't overly impressed with any dramatic changes in the interior environment, I can safely say my Preservation Windows LIVE UP to all the benefits Rick said they would. The windows we just replaced face the West (also a fairly busy street) and I can absolutely tell a difference in room temperature and sound. When I can, I will have the rest of my windows replaced by Burnett! Great job, guys (and gals)! more

The guys were awesome, always wiped their feet when entering the house and they cleaned up everything when they were finished. Real polite and friendly. Love our windows and the service we received. Can't wait to replace the rest of our windows. David was awesome in showing us the different types of windows and being patient with us till we could install. more

Weather was an issue due to rain. Took longer than expected. I was told by my neighbor that installers stood on my air conditioner unit to install a section of gutter. Not happy about that. Cigarette butts & sharp pieces are of trimmed guttering found in the yard. I walked around the house to inspect & noticed a short drive down piece that was missing as they were packing up to leave. They stayed to fix it. There is one place on a corner of the patio that drips when it rains. Also, there seems to be popping noise with the temperature change. Is that normal? I hope to hear from you regarding the area that drips. Lynn Stevens more

Well, Im a perfectionist and I was very impressed with the detail only because I do have a rock house and was concerned about how it would match up, but they did a beautiful job. I was also pleased with the input they gave me on my concerns about the look and function but also the price range we were able to afford. We hired them in our previous home to install the attic installation, which they did a great job then. more

The patio door installation went very well and we are pleased with the installation. Chuck and Jeff were very courteous, professional, and helpful. The original installation used exterior bulky trim to cover some brick problems and they provided a solution to eliminate the need for trim and it now matches the window and patio door installation that they did last year. They left the job site clean and neat. We will certainly recommend Burnett to others and we would also welcome Chuck and Jeff back for future wok. more

Wayne and Preston did a very good job with the estimate and the final measure, 5 stars. Good job gentlemen! I am please with the installation and the hard work of Chris the installer, 5 stars again. I give 3 stars to the company for not having 2 men working to install the windows. I was told it would take 2 days to install 6 windows, it took 3 days. Chris worked 2 days by himself, not good, what happens if he is hurt on the job and NO ONE is there. Best case he loose a finger, worse case, he DIES. Poor planning of man power. 4 stars overall. more

I recently had three windows and new K-Guard gutters installed. The windows are beautiful, functional and greatly improve the look of my home. The gutters look great and I cannot wait for a good rain to see how well they work. The Burnett team was great!
