in the past ease of scheduling appointments was superb. this time not at all superb. this 8/6/2014

Kate Poole, was ALWAYS so very accommodating. Knowing I come 80+ miles away, she always managed to get me scheduled with a day or two. This time, via a phone conversation, it took 5 business days to do a level 2 service. The service person, who was male, was not very accommodating at all. Very frustrating. Although Shelby Pratt was very helpful, as usual as I made sure I went to her when I walked into the service desk area. this makes it hard to recommend Burlington hyundai so I will have to say no to "would you recommend tgis business to a friend" more

courteous staff, excellent service 8/5/2014

I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with the staff and service. I even had one instance where a dent was not covered under warranty. The representative called me multiple times after trying different managers to no avail. Was I disappointed that it wasn't covered? Yes. Did I get a thorough explanation why it wasn't? Yes. Did the rep go out of her way to try and help? Absolutely. more

Burlington Hyundai completed all requested maintenance on my car and then vacuumed ALL the dog hair that was in the way back of the car where my 2 dogs ride. more

Love Hyundai! 5/29/2014

I just read on facebook a friend's experience with a well-known, long-standing dealership here in my community and, in a word, it was awful. Because I've been with my Hyundai dealership for so long, I didn't realize just how bad it can be. This dealership is CONSTANTLY working hard for my satisfaction--from the buying process (I'm on my 4th Hyundai) to my service appointments, and the staff here truly care about how the customer is treated. The are top-notch! more
