Give 'em a try 11/16/2014

See what u think n' give'em a try before going to an outside garage. If their service is quick when traveling outta state i'll be even more impressed. So far I had winter tires put on my new car and albeit the wait seemed long I would go back and tell u to check'em out too. They were easy to deal with. I even had a request fer them to help me with a roof rack which they did with out a bat of the eye. more

Staff and service are great 11/10/2014

The staff, and the service they provide, at Burlington Hyundai (BH) is above all the rest. I even take my Ford vehicle to be serviced at their shop from time to time. The folks at BH's Service/Parts Departments are very professional and take their positions seriously. If something goes wrong, they will make it right and without complaint. If you want excellent service, then BH is the place to take your vehicle. more

Good Start 10/24/2014

Burlington Hyundai was very helpful and accommodating on my first appointment. Staff was friendly and helpful. Issue with the radio still lingers but when it doesn't happen when they are looking into it, I know it is tough to diagnose. more

Over all the experience was handled professionally and thoroughly. The only complaint I had was the lack of ease in the parking lot. After several trips around the lot finally found a parking space. more

The waiting area was very pleasant and quiet. Nice coffee. TV not too loud. I could read. AND my car was ready in the exact amount of time they had estimated. more

it had been a while since i had been to Hyundai because quite honestly the service sucked and the prices were horrible compared to our local service center. The service is TONS bettter :D The prices are still WAY more than my local service center though. I will continue to only bite this bullet as necessary due to pricing but i am eternally grateful for the improves customer service. more

while I do not like having to go thru a phone menu vs having a receptionist.. the rest of the dealership is to be commended in their personable attitudes.. your sales lady we bought our car from is on top of her game, remembers things about us discussed 2 yrs ago when the sale was made.. service, my seat is always as I left it, radio left alone - and I mention this because of past experience with other places .. and the car is always nice and clean when I get it back... more

My experience, so far, has been a great one when working with Hyundai in Burlington. I have purchased two vehicles so far and plan to continue giving them my business. They are very accommodating and do the best they can to support me while I'm there with anything I may need. Great Service! more

This is an amazing dealership. I have never experienced this level of service, friendliness, or accommodation. I wish I lived in VT. Unfortunately for me, I bought my car when visiting my family in VT. I don't live here, but I will bring it in for service every time I visit. more
