Service staff is friendly and highlight of the experience, but overall seems disorganized. Parts department is not modern and uses old school techniques. Dealership seems tired, dirty and not staffed with professionals (other than that one service person Cheryl). Sales team is also typical for what you expect at a used car lot and not for a major brand. Building is small so the show room is cramped. Also smells like mildew - probably leaking roof. Really sad for such a great brand that this is the best they can do....needs new blood at the top is my guess
