I just read on facebook a friend's experience with a well-known, long-standing dealership here in my community and, in a word, it was awful. Because I've been with my Hyundai dealership for so long, I didn't realize just how bad it can be. This dealership is CONSTANTLY working hard for my satisfaction--from the buying process (I'm on my 4th Hyundai) to my service appointments, and the staff here truly care about how the customer is treated. The are top-notch!
