Local, friendly shop 6/25/2013

Kevin and Austin were very nice guys. Kevin was willing to let me sift through all the stock, new and used, and that helped me make a decision on the spot. I feel I made a good deal on my new car. I bought Austin's demo, in fact. I feel comfortable dropping by anytime with questions. This was not the case with my last new car purchase. more

Center Console 6/23/2013

Our car was vandalized and had damage to the console. We were unsure it could be repaired due to the fact that it is a 2007 Saturn Outlook which is no longer made. However, the repair guys at Burien Chevrolet were great and it is back in place. Thanks so much more

Always Great Service 6/21/2013

Always helpful and the work is always completed when they say. I was even given a vehicle to drive until my service was done the next day. They also always work around my schedule which makes the experience practical as well as satisfying! I would recommend Burien Chev to anyone, no matter what type of car they own more

I was in and out in an hour, as advertised, plus they performed a tire rotation. Even got it washed and vacuumed. Well worth the extra miles I had to drive! more

First class customer service 6/16/2013

With a headlamp bulb that's difficult to change burnt out, Dom got me in on a Saturday morning and within one hour my car was fixed (and) washed. This is why I take both our cars to the dealer to get worked on! more

The service dept is always able to get me in for any work on my car in a timely manner. They are always polite, and kind, and the mechanics are awesome. I always enjoy seeing them.. a few to name..
