Great Service Department 7/22/2013

When I brought my vehicle in for service without an appointment, they took it, told me how long it would take, and that they will find me or call me. Well, the service went faster than expected and they called me promptly for pickup. This is first class service! more

Everytime I bring my vehicle in to Burien Chevrolet for service, I leave with the security its done right. I put alot of miles on my 2000 Chevy Blazer, currently over 220,000 miles and because of the attention to detail the experienced techs have, I can stay on top of potential issues my truck my encounter. They remind me of important services needed on vehicle and also of prior things they have noted on the previous free inspections so I can take care of them. Because of this my 13yr old veh with almost a quarter million miles on it still drives like a new truck. more

Customer service in service center is lacking. 7/17/2013

Grateful for the free wash with oil change however my car was not dried completely and it left water marks most noticeably on driver side window. When I asked for a paper towel the mechanic pointed out that 'when you roll down the window after a wash it will get wet' like I was an idiot. I rolled down the window to rewet it to wipe off watermarks. Then drove off to fix it which was unnecessary. I just needed a towel to wipe it dry. more
