The best service I ever had I tried about three different companies neither one worked called BugOut was the best service I ever had.

Worst

As soon as my contract expires I am switching to another service that allows me to pay my bill on line. Your web site sucks and won't let me enroll to pay on line. Nice knowing ...

BROUGHT LAWN BACK FORM WEEDS TO THICK LAWN 7/11/2014

BUG OUT WILL DO WHAT IT TAKES TO BRING YOUR LAWN LOOKING GREEN AND GREAT, WE HAD ALMOST ALL WEEDS THE ANOTHER COMPANY SAID THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT. BUG TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM WITH ADVICE AND ACTION. CALL THEM IF YOU WANT A NICE LAWN.WRITTEN BY HOME OWNERS SON MIKE LANGONE. more

Awesome Customer Service 7/7/2014

New customer. We Had a wonderful experience with initial contact rep Robert Buffalo, he explained everything and all options completely. On first service visit, Dustin Faircloth was OUTSTANDING!!! He was very polite and I could tell he loves his job and takes pride in his work. We look forward to a long standing working relationship with Dustin as our Tech!! more

BugOut Has A Staff To Be Proud Of 7/1/2014

I have been a customers of BugOut for at least 8 years. Recently I had an experience worth reporting. I called for an issue with my lawn and was delighted to actually speak to a knowledgeable and efficient representative. Within a day, Rolando, a highly trained, professional lawn care expert, was sent to my home and treated my problem. His positive attitude towards his job along with his expertise, makes him an asset to this company. In addition, Juan, who regularly maitains my lawn, provides consistent and quality care when doing his job. All of these employees should be recognized for the outstanding service they provide. A+ Service from the very best in the business! 6/21/2014

Our lawn was in need of core aeration and as long time Bug Out customers I checked with them first. Josh Tomlinson came to the house to assess the situation, made some recommendations and gave me a quote. He was very helpful and informative and we made the appointment to do the core aeration. Jeremy Strickland, the service technician who did the work first explained what he was about to do and the benefits of the aeration. As part of this service Bug Out also did a check of the irrigation system. Jeremy was very knowledgeable and professional - we were extremely pleased! I would highly recommend Bug Out if you are in need of any lawn service. more

One Less Worry 6/2/2014

We have been using Bug Out Services for all our pest control needs, from lawn, to termites and home for many, many years......We have always received top professional assistance whenever we have had a problem and the technicians that have serviced us are outstanding. I trust Bug Out will take care of my lawn like it was their own, and they do......We are both not physically able to do it and luckily have such good folks from Bug Out, who care about your concerns....We would not want to use any other company for our pest control/lawn services......they treat you right. more

Great Job - Yard is looking great. 5/30/2014

Ron O with bug out is passionate about his job and very knowledgeable. He always gives me a few minutes of his time to discuss my lawn and offers tips and ideas of what can be improved. I am really happy with the service - and my yard is looking great. I added up the costs of insecticides and fertilizer - and the service is comparable enough to justify using it. Keep up the great work!! more

Great staff and great service 5/16/2014

I have been a Bug Out Customer since 2001 and have consistently been satisfied with our service, We had a termite bond, yard service and bug service for 9 years and transferred service to our new home and currently have yard and bug service. Javier (yard) and Juan (house bugs )are the best. We have had them as our technicians for a few years and they are always kind and helpful and go above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with my services. At our prior home we did not have a sprinkler system but a lot of shade and the lawn service kept our lawn beautiful and green. At our current home we started out with a little of st. agustine in the front and a lot of dirt. We have a ton of sun and with the sprinkler system and Bug Out yard service. I can proudly say we have one of the greenest yards on the street. I love my yard. Thank you for helping me to get it beautiful. - Lindsay Libhart more

I had few other lawn companys service my lawn in these past few years, Bugout is far better than anyone I had before. They are polite and professional, I received good advice and service from lawn technician Tom . On May 8th, I had irregation set up by Don Smith, He is honest and professional, I trust his advice, appreciate for his great help and especially want to thank him agree to come back next time to set up controller at my convience. Best in the business. 5/5/2014

As a former Bug Out technician I can honestly say this company is the best in the business. You wont find a competitor who spends more time training or mentoring its staff to ensure it maintains its quality. The secret has never been a "special" product it is simply the quality of employees you guys hire and maintain. Kudos to Greg Hyde for doing such a wonderful job training his new lawn technician. My wife also wanted to pass on that Jeff was very patient when she was battling four dogs during our initial lawn service. To summarize this review I will not even consider taking my business elsewhere. I also hope you can pass this on to Joe Amy. more

Best in the business 4/14/2014

Called to ask if carpenter bees was covered under services I currently received. Much to my surprise I was told that carpenter bees was included and they would be out right away to remedy the problems. I have nothing but good things to say about your company. Being retired I am normally home when they come to perform their serivces. The technicans are above reproach they are truly professional and take great pride in the performance of their responsiblilites. They are always giving advice on things that us as customers can do to maintain a healthy environment for lawn care and bug control. You have truly earned the five star ratings. I look forward to continue to work with Bug out services. Keep up the good work. more

Impressed with my new Bugout Technician! 4/14/2014

Met my new service tech, Dustin, today. He was genuinely interested in my lawn, and we had a good discussion about sprinklers, grass types, and lawn treatment. I was very impressed. I am also impressed that for the first time in 10 years I have no problems with Nutsedge! Dustin explained this was a new chemical Bugout was using which was intended to address this issue. What a difference! more

Irrigation service 4/12/2014

Don is the man! We just moved into a new house and contacted Bugoutservice for a system overview and adjustment. The gentlemen did an excellent job, then returned a 2nd time for free to fine-tune the sprinklers after I planted the front flower bed! Knowledgable and friendly service for a great value. Moved to Florida 3 years ago. 4/11/2014

We moved to Florida 3 years ago and I knew bugs would be a problem. But did not know how big of a problem :) We went with Bug Out immediately and have not been disappointed once. If I see 1 little roach between service I call and they come right away. When we returned from a trip there were little gnat looking bugs in the bathroom and they came right out. They also treated a termite problem exceptionally well. I can highly recommend this company. more

PROFESSIONAL SERVICE ALL THE WAY 4/9/2014

Home Run! Don and Jeremy did a clean, quick professional job of updating our irrigation system, spending several hours at the house and overcoming some connection challenges. Don installed ed new type of sprinkler heads for better coverage in certain zones and showed me how to program the new unit. It's easy to see why your services are so highly recommended!
