The best service I ever had I tried about three different companies neither one worked called BugOut was the best service I ever had.

Worst

As soon as my contract expires I am switching to another service that allows me to pay my bill on line. Your web site sucks and won't let me enroll to pay on line. Nice knowing ...

Sherry Brown is Awesome 10/9/2011

I have to admit, I was not happy with BugOut prior to Sherry Brown taking over the route since I never could tell when or what was serviced. Since she came onboard, I am very pleased with the service. Sherry Brown is always willing to take the time to listen to and answer my questions. She remembers my instructions for access to my yard without having to remind her, I've never found any damage after she leaves unlike other technician BugOut had prior to her. They do a nice job. My lawn always looks real good The people employed by Bug out that do my house are always professional and willing to answer any questions I ask. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Sherry Brown usually takes care of my lawn and i find her to be very good at her job. We bought a new home and needed a complete pest control company. Our previous landlord uses Bug Out. Their service and professionalism was great. I am pleased to report that it is great here, also. Bug out I just wanted to say thank you for your excellent client care provided by your employee Mr. Valiant. Mr.Valiant had provided our home pest control over the past 2 to 3 years and he has excellent client services and is a hard worker and takes no short-cuts. I am always happy to have him do our treatments he listens, he is attenitive, and always has a positive attitude which make the all around experience very pleasing one. Excellent service by Sherry Brown 9/18/2011

We have had excellent service for routine service, but we had an occasion to call when we had an invasion of carpenter bees last year.A man who was supposed to be a supervisor was sent out. He sprayed around and said he would have someone call about further treatment-we heard nothing further. I also asked why no one had ever been under our house- he said that was done once a year that he would check on it-we heard nothing further. As far as I know, the crawl space under our log home has never been examined. Sherry checked and said that was not done as long as there was no evidence of infestation. Excellent service! I have used Bug Out for 11 years! I recommended them to my sister and mother! 9/14/2011

Last year they over sprayed my front lawn for weeds and killed over half my lawn. They re-sodded my lawn at no cost to me, the supervisor visited my home initially and followed up. Excellent service. more
