I have to admit, I was not happy with BugOut prior to Sherry Brown taking over the route since I never could tell when or what was serviced. Since she came onboard, I am very pleased with the service. Sherry Brown is always willing to take the time to listen to and answer my questions. She remembers my instructions for access to my yard without having to remind her, I've never found any damage after she leaves unlike other technician BugOut had prior to her. She takes her time and does a thorough job no matter what the weather conditions. Long story short, Sherry is awesome!
