The best service I ever had I tried about three different companies neither one worked called BugOut was the best service I ever had.

Worst

As soon as my contract expires I am switching to another service that allows me to pay my bill on line. Your web site sucks and won't let me enroll to pay on line. Nice knowing ...

I am rating the pest control service as above average. They are always very helpful. Tony S. does a nice job and is friendly. * The lawn spray service is only average. They don't seem to really listen to me. My lawn perimeters stay weedy even though I have told them both neighbors use their service. RESPONSE FROM Bug Out Service: Thank you for your feed back. I came home to find that Bug Out had come out and serviced my yard and the perimeter of my home. Thank you! It is nice and convinient that I do not have to be home waiting for service. :) more

991 Steeple Chase Lane, Orange Park, FL 32065 Hello, We have previously worked with Paul for a few years with exceptional customer service. Yesterday (9/08/11) I met Ryan for the 1st time. He advised me that Paul is no longer with Bug Out, which was sad to hear. After working with Ryan, he is a very nice guy providing exceptional customer service as well. Sherry Brown, our pest control technician, is second to none. She is always professional and, if we are home during the treatment, she informs us of what she did that day and if any follow up action is needed. We appreciate her customer service very, very much.
