Hello, We have previously worked with Paul for a few years with exceptional customer service. Yesterday (9/08/11) I met Ryan for the 1st time. He advised me that Paul is no longer with Bug Out, which was sad to hear. After working with Ryan, he is a very nice guy providing exceptional customer service as well. We look forward to working Ryan, who is very friendly and very informative of our Bug Out needs. Ryan is a great asset to the Bug Out family.
