Met my new service tech, Dustin, today. He was genuinely interested in my lawn, and we had a good discussion about sprinklers, grass types, and lawn treatment. I was very impressed. I am also impressed that for the first time in 10 years I have no problems with Nutsedge! Dustin explained this was a new chemical Bugout was using which was intended to address this issue. What a difference!
