For a year and a half, I used Bug Out for my lawn service (pretty much weed and feed and getting it ready for the different seasons). I called them out to look at the lawn last year and was simply told it would be better by summer. This year, after our hard winter, the grass IS coming back, but there are such large patches of weeds intermixed that it appears that I have just been simpy paying for someone to leave a sign on my door to water within 24 hours. Also, certain areas appear to have never even been touched by any kind of grass feeder or weed surpresser. Don't use this company. Of course it may just be the person that did our neighborhood, but it reflects upon the company on the whole. I have had people and even other services come out and could not even believe that I had any kind of service plan with a lawn service. Stay clear. Seriously. I only hope that they are better with termite control as I cannot get out of that contract with them until the end of the year.
