Bug Out Service has provided exceptional customer service for my home the last 10 years. They always call to notify me days in advance of their appointment and we have had no problems with termites or other pests. The technician always presents himself in a professional matter and continues to ask if there are any other concerns we may have. We have a termite detection system installed and Bug Out continually monitors and services the system. I have been fortunate to have know the late John Sessions and he was one of the most truthful, honest and caring individuals I have ever met. The company has always embraced the ideals of John Sessions and I trust them to protect my home of termites and other pests.
