The best service I ever had I tried about three different companies neither one worked called BugOut was the best service I ever had.

Worst

As soon as my contract expires I am switching to another service that allows me to pay my bill on line. Your web site sucks and won't let me enroll to pay on line. Nice knowing ...

Very pleased with But Out! 8/30/2011

Great. I have been using Bug Out for years! I have used many other companies before and they were not so good! Bug Out is a great and very good service. I've never had to call them back! I had used Travis, and he was a really good kid, but he went to work for the fire station. I do like to see the same person, because I can explain what I want done once, and they'll do it every time. But, all of the workers are kind and will help you if you have a problem. I am very pleased with their service! Ray Wesche more

We appreciate the phone call to notify us what day we will receive our service. The reps are friendly and helpful. Love them taking care of cobwebs outside! Other than not always calling in advance for the service, everyone that I have dealt with have always been very helpful and courteous. 8/24/2011

There are two people that I truly enjoy dealing with - Sherry Brown, who comes out for the termite inspections and sprays for bugs and Dustin Adam, who we have not had now for the last two times. Dustin took such great care of our lawn and was always willing to listen and make very helpful suggestions - Would love to get him back as our regular lawn care service tech. Sherry has always been very friendly and even though she sprays and applies granulates, she never leaves a mess. Love having both Sherry and Dustin. THOROUGH AND ACCOMMODATING 8/18/2011

Observe service frequently; it is thorough and with detail. I always know they have been there for the yard with the notes and yard sign. Constant battle with dollar weed and wild grasses though. Good fertilizer and always lush green lawn. more

Not very Good 8/8/2011

They have been out to my house three times for the same problem, they are receiving 225 per month from me but giving me not very good service RESPONSE FROM Bug Out Service: Thank you for your feed back Mr. Elliot.
