I would recommend them to freinds 8/21/2012

The process was simple and relatively easy. Putting together all the paper work was the hard part. I guess the only thing that was annoying was the fact they needed two pay stubs for verification of pay. After having worked at my job for over 27 years and seeing the year to date amount I had been paid one would think that might be enough to verify income. but I do understand rules so....no biggy The rates were fare and the closing was simple and done at our home which made it easy. I would recommend them to freinds and famly. more

Company is too busy to provide good service 8/21/2012

Applications seem to sit, with no activity, and there is no feedback as to the status of a loan application. Even their "My Account" page, which is suppose to keep applicants updated, remains the same with outdated information. When I did speak to someone, it was very apparent they were swamped and overwhelmed by the work load.......yet I continued to hear radio advertising for Box Home Loans. more

I've used Box Home Loans 3 times and will again! 8/21/2012

This was my third time working with Box and they are still amazing. The cost of the refinance is so dependent on the firm you choose! We got a great rate with lower closing costs than anywhere. The service was very good, though there were a few lulls in communication due to so much business on their end. But, it all turned out wonderfully, as I expected it would. My easy and full recommendation to anyone interested in saving some money and working with smart people. more

fast, easy, and as described 8/9/2012

I got a recommendation to try Box from a few friends who used them for refi. The was the smoothest mortgage process I've ever been through. There is still the hassle of producing all the documentation that goes with any loan, but once I submitted that, Box ran with it. They kept me posted via their website and weekly calls, but my work was done. They even sent a notary to my house at a time of my choosing to do the closing. Great experience and I would (and have) recommend them to anyone. more

I found Box home loans and everyone I talked too friendly and easy to communicate with 8/6/2012

Each time I got a call from Box Home Loans, even when it was a new person, I felt like I knew them. They often answered questions before I asked them at each step of the process. It couldn't have been easier. In the end I came out ahead, after returned payment and escrow I was money ahead, better than expected. I never felt pressured like I did with other lenders. I would not hesitate to used Box Home Loans again or recommend them to everyone I know. more

Great rate but poor service 8/4/2012

I am happy with the rate we got, but I had to constantly call the company for things they should have called me about. I had to call numerous times about closing or we would have missed it. I constantly got voice mail that never got returned, emails never got returned, the whole process was stressful and they made it much more stressful because of the lack of customer service. more

Box Home Loans was very professional and efficient during the whole process of my refi. It was way less complicated than I was originally expecting, especially since I was out of the country for half of the time during the refi. David and Mel were the ones who took care everything for me. Rate was great and fee was good, transparent, and never changed a cent from the very beginning, the online quote. more

Extremely Painless Refinance Experience 8/2/2012

What can I say, they lowered my interest rate over a percent and it didn't cost me a thing! Of course I was skeptical during the application (no such thing as a free lunch right?), but everything was done when and how they promised. Everyone I dealt with there was a pleasure to work with. Almost everything was done online which made the process simple. They even sent a notary to our house in the evening to close the loan. Overall, it was a great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. more

We had a very straightforward time with Box Home loans. Simple figures and very close on the final numbers as well. Next to no change and nothing that wasn't expected. I put in my part to watch the website frequently to see what they needed from us, but the process went very well. Would recommend. more

Pleased with the price paid for the servces. 7/30/2012

Very pleased with the price paid for the services. Need to be more responsive when questions arrise. I would have to call back alot of time when I had asked a question to get a response. Loan officer didn't always follow thru. They didn't even know that my appraisal hadn't been completed. I had to inform them. more
