Terrible Company 10/12/2011

Blue Star pools was assigned by American Home Shield to fix my pool issue. Waited most of the day for them to arrive. When I called Wendy at their office to see where the tech was I'm told ""he's finished for the day."" !!!!! Also told to look in my timer box for a message from the tech. I live in a gated community and the tech cannot enter without my say so. When I Wendy this she tried to contact the tech but couldn't !!! Said she'd get back to me but hasn't !!!!\r DON'T USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TOTALLY UNRELIABLE, THE WORST. more

Poor Repair Jobs 9/14/2010

This company was sent to our home to repair our pool heater in July, 2010 and I am still trying to clean up the disaster he created. Our pool has been inoperable ever since. The technician was also very unreliable, did not show up and scheduled times. I would call the dispatch office, speak to Wendy in order to get in touch with him to find out why he had not shown up. NIGHTMARE! more
