Blue Star pools was assigned by American Home Shield to fix my pool issue. Waited most of the day for them to arrive. When I called Wendy at their office to see where the tech was I'm told ""he's finished for the day."" !!!!! Also told to look in my timer box for a message from the tech. I live in a gated community and the tech cannot enter without my say so. When I Wendy this she tried to contact the tech but couldn't !!! Said she'd get back to me but hasn't !!!!\r
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TOTALLY UNRELIABLE, THE WORST.
