Don't take your car here for service. Attention to detail is lacking and the work is sloppy. Service managers will argue with you versus finding a solution. Service Director is ignore your concerns. more

Their Sales Department seems fine, although a bit pushy/aggressive at times. However, their Service Department is awful and not to be trusted. I'm sure it will cost their sales department business in the long run. more

Found a used Matrix there, called to take it for a test drive. They had the car for the price listed, very comfortable setting. The only thing that bothered me was waiting on the finance department. Probably sat there for a good hour waiting. Still loved Neda for how she treated me, a person instead of a some punk kid. more
