Ilona is a total DOLL. i shopped for months for this car. went to other dealerships, went online as well. Ilona IS THE ONLY REASON i bought this car from your dealership. after months of looking around i ultimately came back because of her excitement and entheuseasm for the car and bmw in general, as well as the way she treated me like a normal person instead of a creepy salesperson. in three years when my lease is up i will be back to see her... maybe an m3? :) thanks ilona! more

I am extremely impressed by Emilio (sales), Goran (sales) and Sean (service dept), all of whom are enthusiastic, professional and friendly. I felt completely comfortable with them, as they all come across as honest, genuine people, which is not the experience I had at other dealerships. I would absolutely recommend Beverly Hills BMW for sales and service and going forward will always take my BMWs to BH for servicing. All three of those men should be commended for their excellent representation of your company. more

Totally, totally pleased with Yoram, Amir, Pauline. All considerate and professional, but especially Yoram, who handled us beautifully, even when I tested him by believing I might have to return the car we had just purchased because of a problem with its ground clearance that I had not anticipated. Even that didn't rattle him, as he worked with poise and professionalism to calm me, and solve my issue with this great set of wheels. I will gladly refer clients your way whenever the opportunity arises. more

Salesman misrepresented the warranty on the car 6/20/2010

I bought my first BMW a few years from these guys. I went back today to buy a used M3 convertible. The sales person and I talked at length about the warrranty. We went into specific details that things like the roof, electrical, power train etc would be covered, but things like brakes, battery and oil changes would not be. I was ok with that. We agreed to the price, trade-in etc. I even started signing papers (after the credit check and other formalities). Then the guy (who was making me sign the papers), tried to sell me an extended warranty. He told me that this car had NO warranty on it - which was one of the most critical things that I wanted - and had made that clear 4 hrs ago to the sales guy. Thus, eventually after 4+ hrs, I had to walk away with no car. I do not recommend these guys - be careful and make sure you are getting what you want and what they tell u. Pros: no pro's at this time Cons: misleading, waste of time more

Unresponsive, a bit of attitude, poor service and just awefull are the mixture that makes this a BMW source. OMG, I love the BMW car, but to endure this bad sales and service turns me so off to this car, that it makes me sad. I hope BMW of North America will get this place in shape, or give someone else the B.H. Dealership. Please please please BMW corporate, get this place in shape .... Terrible 1/1/2009

Terrible. Unbelievably awful. They try to wear you down and take forever to answer a simple question. All the people there seem depressed and unhappy and they won't sell cars at fair prices. They act like there is no recession going on. A big sign on the building says they are moving, so they won't be on Wilshire Blvd. anymore, which is all they had going for them. Go anywhere else. more

Update: THey still haven't gotten my plates four nonths later. First they told me the DMV paperwork was in process, then when I called again, they told me that because it was an out of state car, **I** needed to take it to the DMV to get a verification form, which I did to avoid further hassle. I sent them the form, and have called about four times over the past couple weeks, with no call back. Un*****believable! Worst Management and Customer Service 6/27/2008

I'm suprised this place is even allowed have ""BMW"" signage. Absolutely THE WORST dealership I have ever had the displeasure of working with. The GM is a piece of work. I had leased a 7 series from them last year. After a lot of headache due to car malfunctions and NO customer service, I returned the car and leased another through South Bay BMW, a real dealership. Better than the other BMW dealerships in the area 2/21/2008

After going to 3 other BMW dealerships, I started going to Beverly Hills BMW and I have to say they are by far the best dealership in the area. Unfortunately they don't have a loaner program at this dealership but in my experience, it's impossible to get dealers to give you a loaner anyway so what's the point? They do give rental cars and all I had to do was ask and it was a simple ""sure, no problem."" The last time I went, my car was going to be ready at the end of the day but because it was the 2nd time in 30 days (unrelated issues), I was given a rental car without even asking for one. I think this dealership goes above and beyond what's expected. I understand others haven't had the best experiences there but I've experienced nothing but excellent customer service. It may depend on the service agent, mine is Sheldon and he's great. Pros: friendly staff, fast service Cons: no loaners, no car wash more
