So my car was hit and it got towed there, when I left I grabbed most of the valuable stuff out of the car, 2 days later I noticed I left a ring in there, went back, it was gone, and they took all my coins in my car as well, of course they told me you suppose to take it out of the car before you leave it there, but who can remember everything in a jiffy? and is stealing the right thing to do ? please boycott this place.... their own workers came and leave their own positive comments if u haven't noticed.... Cons: don't leave your car there. more

A friend suggested your company - and I had the good fortune to be put in contact with Dave when I first walked in. I simply can't say enough good things about him and his service. I was recently referred to Beverly Hills Auto Body from my insurance company(Ameriprise) to have my vehicle repaired. Not only did I get a discount for using this shop, each individual I met, from kaitlin - my contact to Jason - repairs were more than helpful and did a wonderful job on my vehicle in a very timely manner. After the entire work of repair was completed, I went back for something else. I guess people mostly go online and review places/things when they are ticked off or have had a bad experience. That's too bad - take tripadvisor for example -- you write a review no matter if it was good or bad, simply to spread the word.\r \r Anyways, as for this body shop, it was good. The work was professional, the people were decent, and my insurance company did its job. No complaints at all. Wasn't the most earth moving, wonderful experience I've ever had in my life, but then again, I was in an accident - how could it possibly be a great experience?? Point is, they were professional, got the job done, had a great rental agency onsite with cars waaayy better then enterprise and those rental places, and it was super convenient. So what if they didn't give me a warm fuzzy at the end? It's a body shop for crying out loud!!\r \r I'd most def go there again if I had to - hope I won't ever though simply because I don't ever want to be in another accident! THIS PLACE IS THE WORST IN THE BUISNESS. IT'S FUNNY BUT ALL THOSE REVIEWS LOOK LIKE THERE WRITTEN BY THEMSELVES. ONE OF THEM HAS THE ID OF BHABG WHICH IS SHORT FOR ""BEVERLY HILLS AUTO BODY GROUP"". ANOTHER ID IS FROM A JASON WHICH I BELIEVE HE WAS MY ESTIMATOR FOR MY CAR. I TOOK MY BMW THERE ABOUT 8 MONTHS AGO AND IT TOOK ALONG TIME TO GET IT BACK. NO PHONE CALLS TELLING ME HOW MY CARS DOING. i am an old man about 64 years old. i have been a customer of beverly hills auto body for over 15 years. every time my car break down, i take it there. they fix my car perfect and secretaries treat me very well. and in case they are late with returning my car, they usually give me a free rent a car. i recommend them to all freinds. more

good body work, good mechanical work, ""GREAT"" car wash, good customer service. they were a little late on the repairs but they provided me with a new rent-a-car comparable to my car. more

I was never able to get my car fixed so quickly before. I was involved in a huge accident, my Bentley was smashed from the back and the front. These people definitely know what they are doing. My vehicle looks much better than it did before. The car wash details every little spot on your car inside and out. My vehicle looks and drives brand new !! more

This has reference to the complaint you filed with the BB Bureau (abbreviated) regarding your vehicle and the negative comment you have left on this web site. When we received your vehicle on Feb 2nd, 2007, the paint on the rear bumper of your car had already been lifting (it is our normal procedure to mark and take pictures of the cars as they are taken in.) After having done the repair on the front of your car as specified in the repair estimate, we have to wash the car as part of our standard repair procedure. Naturally, the paint that is lifting on the rear bumper will fall off upon application of soap and water on the car. Our job to repair the damage on the front of your car had been completed according to the specifications in the repair estimate and we do not see any point why you should complain on the area that is not covered by our repair agreement. Our company has gained a mark of competence in the car repair industry since we started doing business in 1996, such that we have not yet received any complaints likened to the one you brought out. The best body shop you can possibly take your car to in this area. They are well-experienced, professional people who have been in business for years and years. I have personally taken my car there for repairs 5 or 6 times. They did just great ! Their work isn't comparable to any other shop around here. In case you're unhappy with the job done on your car, you can simply take your vehicle back to the shop and they provide you a free rent-a-car. The quality of work is unbelievable. They simply make your car look brand new like it was never crashed. They are a preferred repair shop for State Farm and Progressive insurance company, which are obviously two of the best insurance companies in california ! they're also a member of Bmw service organization, and the only shop that is recommended by beverly hills BMW ! I could not agree more with ""honorjohnson"". Upon the recommendation of my insurance agent, I recently took my car to Beverly Hills Auto Body to repair a moderate scrape on the rear quarter panel of my vehicle. Not only did it take 5+ weeks to repair when orginally I had been told 2 1/2 weeks, but it also ended up costing almost 50% more than the original estimate. At no time, did I get a follow-up call to indicate that there would be a delay in retrieving my vehicle -- I had to call three times, and each time, was told it would be another few days. I also found the customer service staff to be discourteous and lacking in knowledge when I had questions about the process and/or paperwork.
