I could not agree more with ""honorjohnson"". Upon the recommendation of my insurance agent, I recently took my car to Beverly Hills Auto Body to repair a moderate scrape on the rear quarter panel of my vehicle. Not only did it take 5+ weeks to repair when orginally I had been told 2 1/2 weeks, but it also ended up costing almost 50% more than the original estimate. At no time, did I get a follow-up call to indicate that there would be a delay in retrieving my vehicle -- I had to call three times, and each time, was told it would be another few days. I also found the customer service staff to be discourteous and lacking in knowledge when I had questions about the process and/or paperwork. I will never use this body shop again and will forever encourage friends and family to take their business elsewhere.\r \r Pros: Bodywork, when finally completed, was OK!
