After a fender bender in Beverly Hills, the BH Police Dept recommended BH AutoBody, and since it was convenient, I decided to go there to have the damage done to the FRONT of my vehicle. After taking some 5 weeks (wayyyy longer than needed) to replace the hood (incorrectly I might add) --- UPON PICKUP I was DISMAYED to discover they had SCRAPED massive amounts of paint off of the BACK of my car 5 large blotches all over the back hood - ***where the wreck had not even occured.***\r

The customer service was extremely humiliating- I feel incredibly taken advantage of; Manual said that ""he was the boss and I had no recourse"", and then Eric, the manager would not return my phone calls. \r

I am a blonde female, and I am certain that these despicable and highly unprofessional people did this purposely, thinking I would happily shell out 500.00 more to correct the damage that THEY and THEY ALONE caused -- which, again, had nothing at all whatsoever to do with my reason to bring it in!\r

Luckily, I have photographic evidence of the damage they caused, and plan to take legal action.\r

PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE - especially LADIES. Geico will not put them on their preferred list for a very good reason (ask them!)--- THEY ARE DISHONEST men with the worst customer service imaginable.
Pros: Absolutely not one.
