I called Best Service up last week when my Maytag dryer started working funny. It took me way too long to dry my laundry. I was expecting a major repair, but was very pleased when the repairman cleaned my dryer vent and explained to me that the problem was with the vent being blocked with lots of lint. He explained to me also how to and how often clean my dryer's vent. All that it cost me - just a service charge! Very honest guy, very reliable service, I have to admit! more

Highly recommend it! 6/13/2010

I had quite a situation with my old GE washing machine yesterday! I filled it with a load of dirty clothes in the basement of my house in Bay Ridge, started it up and went upstairs. In a little while I returned to find water all over the floor: my machine flooded out and kept overflowing! I called few repair services in panic. I needed someone urgently to my rescue! I was so grateful that the repairman from Best Service Appliance Repair managed to show up within 30 minutes or so after I placed a call. He replaced the water level control switch in my washer and suggested a flood control as well. Very pleasant guy! (I believe his name was Igor). Great service : fast, reliable and very professional. more

Highly recommended appliance repair! 6/4/2010

I called Best Service Appliance Repair when my 5 year old Subzero refrigerator stopped generating enough cold. The repairman, Max, arrived in my private house in Bay Ridge on time (I have asked for the earliest appointment possible, so I won't be late to work). He actually arrived at 8.15 am and was able to diagnose and fix the problem fast. It took him about an hour- hour and a half to get my fridge up and running again. The price was comfortable (with 10% discount coupon that I had printed out from the Internet). Simply great! more

Nice people to deal with 4/22/2010

I had a nasty leak under my dishwasher, so I called Best Service Appliance Repair. The technician made an appointment for 3.00 pm and arrived 5 minutes earlier. He was very nice and gave me a reasonable price. My dishwasher was fixed and now works like new. Thank you for a good job! more

Great dryer repair service in Park Slope 1/24/2010

My grandma's GE dryer stopped working yesterday. We called Best Service and repairman showed up within an hour. He checked grandma's dryer and noticed that grandma forgot to plugg it in! The dryer actually worked fine.The guy did not charge us and gave us few tips for free on how to handle the dryer to prevent problems in the future . Very honest service! more

Great savings! 1/21/2010

I just finished kitchen renovation in my home ( Park Slope, Brooklyn). I 've got all my appliances from these guys.They advised me to get General Electric brand for refrigerator and dishwasher and Hotpoint for oven. I ended up paying whole sale prices and got free delivery and installation! Really great savings! more
