The technician came the same day, but was not able to reproduce the issue. He charged $49 and told us to call back. We called back next day. The technician told us over the phone, that he researched the error code (diagnostic it wrong) and the repair will cost us between $350 and $500.
I called Sears. They fixed the issue and gave me a One Year warranty for the entire washer for $350.
