I called Best Service Appliance Repair when my 5 year old Subzero refrigerator stopped generating enough cold. The repairman, Max, arrived in my private house in Bay Ridge on time (I have asked for the earliest appointment possible, so I won't be late to work). He actually arrived at 8.15 am and was able to diagnose and fix the problem fast. It took him about an hour- hour and a half to get my fridge up and running again. The price was comfortable (with 10% discount coupon that I had printed out from the Internet). Simply great!
