Bello Day Spa and Salon experience 9/20/2011

I am Christi"s grandmother and was there for her wedding festivities. I would be coming to your spa and salon every week if I lived there. Everyone was so special and friendly. Received different service than ordered, but still relaxing 9/20/2011

Bello is a wonderful spa, and I always love getting pedicures in their amazing facility. However, this time I booked a seasonal pedicure (I remember because we were given the option of pumpkin or smore scent) but my friend and I actually received an ice-cream pedicure, which didn't include the leg mask and a few other pampering details. We only realized 10 minutes before the end, and it was too late to rectify the situation. The receptionist gave us a small discount to account for the confusion, but I was still disappointed in the experience. My technician and my friend's were great: Jamie, I think? Fun, skilled, friendly and very sweet. I just wish I got a bit more value for the money I spend. more

Pedicure or Massage...one of the best 9/17/2011

Every pedicure experience I've had at Bello has been exceptional. The staff are friendly but not intrusive, do a great job of ensuring my comfort while I am there. The massage / heated chairs feel great. The massage rooms are also A+; Stephanie does a fabulous massage. more

My first eyebrow Waxing 9/17/2011

It was amazing. I was expecting it to hurt alot but it didn't hurt that bad at all. I'm not sure what the ladies name was but she did an AMAZING job i love my eyebrows. I no longer have bushes :) If i were to tell my friends where to go it'd be there, with that woman. -Thank you :) more

It was sooo relaxing, the staff was very attentive and friendly. We recieved complimentary drinks, the store was very clean. The pedicure was everything I could have wanted, it looks great and is still looking great a week later :) more

Bello Spa best in Eugene 9/15/2011

I live in Hawaii, but visit my daughter often in Eugene. We have a tradition of trying to have time together by going to a spa. We have been to a few stinkers in Eugene, but most have been "okay." The last few times we have gone, have been to Bello, which I rate as the best by far. Yesterday, was our second visit, and my facial by Susanna, was amazing. Would highly recommend her, as well as the entire Bello spa experience. Very relaxing, quiet, a great escape. I think our days of trying out different spas in Eugene are over, and Bello will be our choice from now on. I will certainly schedule facials with Susanna whenever I visit. Thanks for a great place for a mom/daughter outing. Aloha.... more
