i was SUPER scared and nervous, but Nicole did an excellent job! she discussed my options first, made me more confident. and then she colored and cut my hair. i look like a new girl! and i love it! i cannot thank her enough! i WILL be back to see her again! thank you all!!!! :) more

Great Experience 10/12/2011

I had an appointment yesterday with Brooke to get my hair cut and colored, she listened to exactly what I wanted, and exceeded my expectations!!! I love my hair!!! She made me feel beautiful again!!! The girls at the front desk were very sweet, and worked me in with Susanna to get my eyebrows done, and she did an Amazing job as well!!! Bello will be my salon of choice from now on!!! more

I have been having Laurie do my hair for several years now, and I look forward to seeing her everytime. Between her warmth, friendliness, and amazing skill, I'm always impressed. The front desk staff always greets me with a smile and are ready to help me however they can. I go to Bello for all my needs, from hair, waxing, nails, and massages, and I can't imagine a better salon. more

I had a wonderful massage from Stephanie a day after running a marathon. She knew exactly what would ease my aching muscles, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. more

Asha is just my favorite salon technician. I love visiting Bello by myself or with girlfriends. I love the specials they offer and REALLY wish I could go there every week! Such a chic and trendy little spot in Eugene... I'm so thankful for them! more

Fantastic Waxing Experience! 10/8/2011

I have only had a half a dozen bikini waxes in my life and Susanne was by far the best! Great personality and made sure I was happy with what I recieved. Highly recommend her and Bello Spa :) Thanks! more

Birthday Facial and Manicure 10/4/2011

I've been a Bello client for over three years. I've always had a wonderful experience. On this particular visit, I was treating myself to a manicure and facial for my birthday. I was trying a gel manicure for the first time and Jani did a great job explaining the pros and cons of the different gel treatments and gel treatments over regular manicures. She even shared some tips for maintaining my manicure at home. She was excellent. My facial was with Monica who is always pleasant and professional. She recommended a great serum that I have been using and love. She does a great job of balancing a friendly conversation with allowing the client to relax during the treatment. I usually get facials, waxing and massages at Bello, but when I've had manicures, pedicures, and hair services, those have all been good experiences too. I highly recommend Bello to anyone. more

Seasonal Pedicure 10/2/2011

I had the Pumpkin Seasonal Pedicure. Kristy is awesome as always!! Enjoyed the seaonsal pedicure pumpkin scrub (smells like yummy pumpkin bread!), but wished the mask was also pumpkin rather than marshmallow. more

Nail Touch up 10/2/2011

I had a late appointment on a week night for a pedicure. Before I made it home it had scuffed 3 nails. I sent an email request for an appointment for the next day during my lunch break, and Bello made it possible for me to get in and have them repaired. The only problem _ I didn't know there would be a charge. It was minimal and they did reduce it for me. more

product return 10/1/2011

I had purchased a new can of Bumble&Bumble hairspray (my usual brand). I had used it only once when the nozzle blogged. I tried to unplug it, but was unable to do so. I took it back to Bello and they replaced it...no hassle. I have always experienced great customer service as well as wonderful cuts and color from my stylist. Thanks Bello! more
