Bello is a wonderful spa, and I always love getting pedicures in their amazing facility. However, this time I booked a seasonal pedicure (I remember because we were given the option of pumpkin or smore scent) but my friend and I actually received an ice-cream pedicure, which didn't include the leg mask and a few other pampering details. We only realized 10 minutes before the end, and it was too late to rectify the situation. The receptionist gave us a small discount to account for the confusion, but I was still disappointed in the experience. My technician and my friend's were great: Jamie, I think? Fun, skilled, friendly and very sweet. I just wish I got a bit more value for the money I spend.
