Bill Pataluna was extremely courteous and willing to offer options of types of faucets to replace and install. He also offered some suggestions on the type of piping to use if I were to replace the water piping in the entire home in the future. He gave me a name of the type of piping so I could research the product on the internet. Bill completely reviewed the invoice with me before I gave him the payment for services rendered. A job done to perfection! Great technician 3/20/2012

The technician arrived early in the promised time window. He installed a sink, disposal and hot water dispenser after overcoming a couple of obstacles, none of which were his fault. The work was done to my satisfaction in a timely fashion. Good clean up. more

Fred made a very bad situation turn out with a very happy ending. Our cat was stuck in a heater duct, and my wife and I were at a loss on how to get her free. Thanks to Fred, our cat was removed from the duct without injury, and with a minimum of damage to our house. We can't express our gratitude enough! more

Serviceman Polite and Informative 3/5/2012

Serviceman wore shoe covers only in beginning-then removed. Left shoe tracks on floor, carpet and shower floor - yuck. more

Thought I would need a new main shut-off valve. Bell technician came out and repaired the valve rather than replace it, like other have told me was necessary. Saved me hundreds. more
