I was notified within about five days that I was accepted. It really makes me feel special to know I am part of a group of models that are so attractive. I have heard that some clients actually call some Barone Models “beautiful”. To get the recognition I get from Barone of being a professional model is really exciting. Fairfax County would not allow an agency to operate within its borders if it was not legitimate. My next consideration, I checked with the Better Business Bureau. The Bureau is the areas “Watch Dog” for businesses. If there was a problem the BBB will let the public know. There was NO PROBLEM with Barone. Then I considered that there were more than 100 Barone Professional Models on the Barone Site. These models had to give their written consent to appear on the site. THAT IS THE LAW. Do Not take the word of a few overweight, unattractive, rejects who give poor reviews for Barone. My daughter began modeling for pay within three weeks of registering with Barone, received HIGH QUALITY PHOTOS, you can check the Barone web site and see the quality of the photos is very high. Professional at Last. I became a Barone Professional Model for the following reasons. I was impressed by the agencies honesty. I was very happy that the TRAINING IS FREE. THERE IS ABSOLUTEY NO CHARGE FOR THE TRAINING. I received training in all areas of modeling. The Barone Agency is not a School, it is a professional agency only. The agency guarantees in writing that you will model, and get paid for it. I am modeling and getting paid for it after only three weeks with agency. I was very impressed when they also put in writing, “If I could find a better offer the Barone Agency would pay my fees to go there” I strongly recommend the Barone Modeling Agency. more

It is a scam. The agency consists of 2 people: Mr.Barone the agent and the photographer. The agency makes you believe you get jobs from Clients. Your only job will be modeling one hour for one day every two weeks with his in house photographer. Mr. Barone will call this a “fashion assignment” The photographer shoots with a lower quality Sony camera compared to other professional cameras you see professionals use. You model for one hour and he gives you a check for $8 in the mail. He advises not to share how much you make. If you like any of your pictures with your “fashion assignment”, you have to pay $25 each copy. Its a rip off. You work once every two weeks for $8.oo and make $14 a month if you don’t plan on buying any of your pictures. Do you see the scam? They care about your money! A legit agency makes its commission off models being booked for jobs..not hustling the model to keep buying their pictures. If you want a copy of your work, you will not get anything for free.. I have never ever got a booking from a client being with this agency. more
