Businiess name:  Barone and Company Inc
Review by:  Model I.
Review content:
It is a scam. The agency consists of 2 people: Mr.Barone the agent and the photographer. The agency makes you believe you get jobs from Clients. Your only job will be modeling one hour for one day every two weeks with his in house photographer. Mr. Barone will call this a “fashion assignment” The photographer shoots with a lower quality Sony camera compared to other professional cameras you see professionals use. You model for one hour and he gives you a check for $8 in the mail. He advises not to share how much you make. If you like any of your pictures with your “fashion assignment”, you have to pay $25 each copy. Its a rip off. You work once every two weeks for $8.oo and make $14 a month if you don’t plan on buying any of your pictures. Do you see the scam? They care about your money! A legit agency makes its commission off models being booked for jobs..not hustling the model to keep buying their pictures. If you want a copy of your work, you will not get anything for free.. I have never ever got a booking from a client being with this agency.
