The Barone Agency is legitimate, very reputable, and professional. My daughter has been a professional modeling with the Barone Modeling Agency for about 18 months. Before Barone she attended a modeling school. The School flattered her into believing she was going to be very successful, so I spent more than $2000 for her to attend. She went to classes for six months, and at the end of that time got absolutely nothing. No work at all.
I began searching for another agency, and found Barone. This time I was more knowledgeable, and more careful. We Selected Barone for the following reasons. First Barone has been operating in Fairfax County for 37 years (Since 1974), and has represented thousands of models. Fairfax County would not allow an agency to operate within its borders if it was not legitimate.
My next consideration, I checked with the Better Business Bureau. The Bureau is the areas “Watch Dog” for businesses. If there was a problem the BBB will let the public know. There was NO PROBLEM with Barone.
Then I considered that there were more than 100 Barone Professional Models on the Barone Site. These models had to give their written consent to appear on the site. THAT IS THE LAW.
Do Not take the word of a few overweight, unattractive, rejects who give poor reviews for Barone.
My daughter began modeling for pay within three weeks of registering with Barone, received HIGH QUALITY PHOTOS, and is very happy with the agency.
