The instructors at Barney Fletcher seemed to be very knowledgeable on the material. Although there was a lot of material to sift through, in a short amount of time, I thought they did a great job relaying the important facts and skipping the irrelevant material. They did a great job preparing me for my state board exam. more

Good if taken seriously 11/22/2005

The instructors had a lot of material to get through and seemed to be in big hurry to get throught the agenda and did not want to answer a lot of questions.Plus their was to many professionals (Real Estate Agents)in the class wanting to get through the appraisal class so they could get their license and seemed to already know most of the materials. more
