I'm using your facilities as I've use it before and was very satisfied. If it was my first time coming in I would have left.

Good Work Overall 7/13/2017

I have been a customer with Award Self Storage for a while now and in general, I have had very good experiences with them. I don't have too much interaction with the staff, but the people are nice and the pricing is definitely great. They have provided me with a storage unit whenever I needed it, and they have been a very convenient service for me. I would definitely recommend them to other customers - they do really good work and provide good service for their customers. more

Good Experience, But Prices Are Increasing 6/29/2017

I have had a good experience with Award. I have used their services previously, and I am currently renting a storage unit at their facility. What I like about them the most is their convenient location near me. Their staff members are always polite, the facility is clean and maintained well, and I know my items are stored safely and securely. My only disappointment with them is that their prices have continued to increase, and storing my items there has become a financial burden as a consequence. more

I spoke to an Award team member this morning and she assured me my stuff is still in place and safe at Award while my work assignment has been extended !.! 5/1/2017

I haven't been at my storage unit in about 16 months! I am paying $80/month to hold my belongings safe at your Award-winning business. Prior to that, I went through many changes and AWARD worked with me to accommodate my needs. From 2 storage units to 1, to a smaller unit while providing the truck to move my family's stuff around. I planned to move my belonging out in June 2016 but again a change of plans has extended the date for perhaps more than 1 year. I am grateful for a trustworthy, safe, and secure unit with people who understand life's ups, downs, and arounds. MichelleFG more

Clean Space, Helpful Staff 4/21/2017

I've been using the services of Award Self Storage for about six to seven month. They maintain a very clean space which I appreciate. I have easy access to my unit and their paperwork process was fairly simple. They have excellent customer service; their staff is very helpful. more
