Great Place! 3/6/2018

I have been using the services from Award Self Storage for a while now to have some extra things stored and am very pleased with how well the services from them have gone. The people from Award Self Storage were very helpful with finding me a good size unit for a price that wouldn't break the bank. The unit I use fits everything I have that needs to be stored and is easily accessible so moving things in and out is a quick and easy process. All in all, I am very satisfied with the services from Award Self Storage, I will definitely continue to use their services and would highly recommend them. more

Location is perfect for us and the ease of access is just right. 2/23/2018

We have had this and another unit for well over a year. As said the location of the facility is just right for us. We were able to downsize and combine the two units to one. It is easily accessible and we unusually can be in and out with some ease. more

Very Clean and Well-Lit, No Complaints 2/14/2018

I've been a tenant at Award Self Storage for many years and I have no complaints. I haven't interacted with their customer service that much because I haven't had a lot of problems come up, but on the few occasions that I came into the office with question they were very helpful. The most important thing to me is that it's very clean. The hallways are clean and well lit. They always have notices when they'll be closed for the holidays. I would recommend anyone go there and in fact, I have. Their pricing is probably normal but it keeps going up. I've probably been there for ten years now. more

Cleanest Facility 1/31/2018

Best storage place around. I had storage at another facility that claimed to be climate controlled but it was always freezing in there and I found numerous bugs and mouse droppings. Award Self Storage is so clean and it was nice and toasty in my storage unit like it would be at home. I feel comfortable leaving my belongings there and the prices are very reasonable. more

Award Self Storage provides excellent service. Everytime that I have been there, the staff has been helpful and friendly. Anytime I have had occasion to call them for anything, they have been able to help me. The storage space itself is neat and well maintained. Their customer service is great. I have had no problems with them at all. I will continue to use them as long as I need to utilize a storage space. more

Well Maintained Facility, But Pricing is Increasing 1/5/2018

I have been using Award Self Storage for about 6 years now. I have units for personal use as well as for business and have had great experiences with them. I like that the property is well managed and always kept clean. There is also always someone there who is helpful and courteous, whether it be any staff or management. One thing that I do have a concern about is that their pricing has been going up. Originally 6 years ago there it was only around $50 a month, but now it has increased significantly and has me thinking about moving to another storage unit. more
