I'm using your facilities as I've use it before and was very satisfied. If it was my first time coming in I would have left.

Amazing staff. Rented 2 storage units after selling our home. Units are very clean and easily accessible. Cannot say enough good things about the staff. Professional, helpful and always pleasant. Definitely a 10 rating in all areas for Award Self Storage. more

Award provides a clean environment with helpful and courteous service. 9/26/2016

I chose Award because of the climate-controlled area, the use of a truck to move, and access to moving paraphernalia. I am happy that I did. The area is kept clean, my books are safe from the weather, and the staff is always there to help me with any problems or issues. more

Nicely kept units, with good climate control. Service was exceptional, and appreciated that there were plenty of carts to make it easier for us. It is also nice that they have sample units in their show room, a large selection of boxes, etc., and greatly appreciated having free use of their truck for the initial move in. This place is further from my home than several others, but worth the extra drive to get there. more

A reasonably priced, clean, and good access location unit in a climate controlled building. The unit is exactly what I expected when I signed up. NO Surprises after moving in - Highly recommend! more

Affordable, well maintained, excellent service!! 8/24/2016

I used the smaller unit in climate controlled area. Got good price with 1 month free rent. Facility is clean and well maintained. Facility seem to be well secured to access controlled entrance. Front desk was courteous. Overall no hassles!! more

Award is a professional run operation, staff are helpful but unobtrusive, which is not my experience with other storage provides who were constantly attempting to upsell. The facility is clean & well maintained, I'm confident my unit is in good hands. more
