I've been a tenant at Award Self Storage for many years and I have no complaints. I haven't interacted with their customer service that much because I haven't had a lot of problems come up, but on the few occasions that I came into the office with question they were very helpful. The most important thing to me is that it's very clean. The hallways are clean and well lit. They always have notices when they'll be closed for the holidays. I would recommend anyone go there and in fact, I have. Their pricing is probably normal but it keeps going up. I've probably been there for ten years now.
