I have had a good experience with Award. I have used their services previously, and I am currently renting a storage unit at their facility. What I like about them the most is their convenient location near me. Their staff members are always polite, the facility is clean and maintained well, and I know my items are stored safely and securely. My only disappointment with them is that their prices have continued to increase, and storing my items there has become a financial burden as a consequence.
