Very happy 11/26/2017

I love how a lock and key are provided and each unit is alarmed. I like how the inside units get locked up at closed for that added measure of security. more

too expensive 11/3/2017

I have a small area with some things that are valuable to me. And I pay over $80 a month , they didn't even tell me about the last increase. Too expensive for a small area of space. Close and convenient... 10/19/2017

My experience with Award Self Storage has been completely positive. They are close to home and I have 24 hr access to my things if needed. I also find the price to be fair and competitive with other local storage services. 5 stars more

We do try to keep our rates as low as possible, and quite often we absorb increases in utility costs, property taxes, maintenance costs, etc, without any rent increase at all. Great Work 10/16/2017

I had a very good experience working with Award Self Storage. In fact, I would give the company five stars across the board for the service that they provided me. I didn't have any issues with their service or staff and everything turned out really well for me. I would recommend them and I am happy with the storage space that is offered. I don't have any complaints about the company, so thanks for everything! more

Good Experience Overall 10/4/2017

Overall, I have been using Award Self Storage as a convenient way to store items and so far everything has been going smoothly. I have been with them for about two years now and I will continue to use them in the future. The outside of their facility seems clean and organized, and overall, I am just happy with how the work is going so far. I don't have much to say in terms of pricing because I don't have a comparison, but I haven't had a problem with using them so far. more

Great Customer Service, Always Clean 8/9/2017

I am a customer service freak and I can say that the service at Award Self Storage is great. They are always patient and very helpful. The establishment is always clean, there's never debris. The pricing is good, I have no issue with that. My husband and I rented two units there and got a 10% discount, so we are pretty happy with the pricing. Between the customer service and the cleanliness, Award Self Storage is awesome. more

Good Service, Price a Little High 7/19/2017

I have been using Award Self Storage to store some of my possessions since around 2011 and have been mostly satisfied with the services they have provided. The storage unit is a good size and is easy to access and move things into. The only negative thing I can say about Award Self Storage is that they keep raising their prices every year, and has gotten to the point that its almost too much for the storage unit. Overall I think the people from Award Self Storage are excellent, and the units are a good size and easy to access, the price is just a little high. more
