I'm using your facilities as I've use it before and was very satisfied. If it was my first time coming in I would have left.

What I really like about the people over at Award Self Storage is that they have always been very friendly to me. They really go the extra mile to help me out. I once had to move my stuff to a different unit and they let me use their truck to move my stuff which I really appreciated. They are just good people and the facility is clean and their rates are good. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to store some stuff. more

The top place I would store my stuff! 7/6/2016

I have a unit with Award Self Storage and I am happy with it across the board. I am pleased with the rental price of the unit, and the accessibility of the complex is good. In particular I like that I do not have to worry about bugs as the climate control in the units is effective. I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful; they conduct themselves well whenever I am there. more

This place is ok 6/30/2016

As far as the facilities of Award Self Storage go they are really pretty good. My issue is with the people who run the place. They tell you that you have ten days at the start of the month to pay for your unit or they charge a late fee. I recently paid on the tenth and they wanted to overcharge me because I did not pay on the ninth. What they say versus what they do is wrong when it comes to payment times. Other than that I have had no problems with the actual unit. more

Award Self Storage is great. I had to move from North Jersey down south and I had a lot of extra stuff. I had to store it somewhere, and I went to these guys. I continue to use their service. Right now I am in the process of cleaning out stuff and I spoke to them to get a smaller storage unit. more

Modern looking, ease of access, I have an external unit. Had a water leak dripping inside a unit, caused minor damage, changed unit. Service is good, always courteous. Price is reasonable although very long term tenants should receive some discount or bonus every now and then. more

The people were very friendly. Was very surprised when I received the hand written note thanking me for being a customer. That was very nice. That also let me borrow a truck to move stuff which was a big help more

I have been very happy with the unit I have and when I have a question or problem, I would go in and they have the answers I need. If they have a problem or question I need to answer they are on top of it and contact me right away. more

Great other then the cigarette smell. 5/23/2016

The sales woman was so great!! Storage good. The only complaint I have is it smells like cigarette smoke. I hope my stuff doesn't smell like smoke when I get it out of storage. more
