I'm using your facilities as I've use it before and was very satisfied. If it was my first time coming in I would have left.

the place is very clean and the climate control is very accessable 3/3/2017

the staff is very helpful in whatever your question is. the climate control building is very accessable. I only wish the lights pop on a little faster when you enter the building. more

Very accommodating! 2/10/2017

I've been using the Voorhees location for the past 6 years. The people that work here are the sweetest couple, in addition to another young lady who works a the front desk. I'm older and need a little more assistance and these people are always so accommodating. Around Christmas, I discovered that I may have needed to move into a larger unit. I spoke with a young lady at the front desk and she recommended storage bins to keep my things together. She saved me so much money! They save me time too, I've had trouble with the door code and one of them always runs out to help and get me inside. I'm very pleased because I know they are there to help. I used to live in Voorhees and I can say it's very nice neighborhood. more

Reliable and convenient 2/6/2017

The hours at Award Self Storage are convenient and I have never had a problem with their billing. I've been using them for eleven years! They've a reliable service. I would recommend them to other customers, since they're very convenient to use. more

Conveniently located, polite and everything has been good. 2/2/2017

Award Self Storage are good. I have been using them without any problems and I will continue to use them as long as everything continues to go well. I like their location, they are very close to where I live so it's very convenient for me. Their prices have been reasonable so far and in general, they are nice when I go. Like I said, I've never had any problems with them. They have been good. more

good accessibility 1/31/2017

I've been with Award Self Storage for about 18 months now. It's a good service. The accessibility is good and that's probably what matters most. The price is a little steep though. more

Good service, good price, nice facility. 1/4/2017

I know about Award Self Storage just from driving by, and my unit is one of the best I've had so far. I've had it for almost a year, got a 10x10 unit for about $100. I guess prices fluctuates, they run sales sometimes, I don't know why they don't just set one rate. But I got a good price. The facilities are nice and it's easy to unload, they have carts and places to park. My unit has a gate around the top, which is good for added security, other buildings don't have that. Their customer service is good too. I'm going to ask for another unit. I'd recommend them. more

It's definitely worth giving them a call 1/3/2017

I've always been happy with Award Self Storage because they are very professional, and they also have climate-controlled units there--a convenience and the reason I chose them. The grounds, for the climate-controlled portions I know about, are always lit and safe with motion sensors. I like that Award is a smaller company and that has an appeal, plus they also offer two trucks. I also think their prices are competitive. more

Award's the best 12/31/2016

It's clean, well regulated, and secure. I couldn't ask for a better storage experience. I hear nightmare stories from people in other storage centers, but everyone I see and meet at Award is happy with the atmosphere and service. more

I have had a storage unit here for several years and am always highly satisfied with the cleanliness and outstanding, friendly service I receive. I have recommended several family members and they have units as well. I first went here because of the location and have since moved and still remain here. more

improvements needed 11/27/2016

price is getting very expensive. an elevator should be available to go upstairs. some people, including myself, are handicapped and cannot negotiate the stairs.. RESPONSE FROM Award Self Storage: Hi Lynette - We do have an elevator available in our newer building for upstairs units, and a freight lift is available in the building you are in for the small percentage of units that are on the second level. We have many units available in your size unit on the lower level, and we did make several attempts to contact you over a year ago to offer one to you. Unfortunately we never heard back from you. Please give us a call so we can transfer you to a lower level unit. Thanks! more

a convenent place to store my things 11/24/2016

It a convenient place to store my personal items, the people in the office are nice and very helpful. The place it clean and I never had a problem accessing my things when I needed to. I would recommend it to anyone that needs to store things weather its in a climent control building or outside. more

Too steep rates increases each year despite zero inflation 11/21/2016

I'm sorry that you're not happy with the rate increases. We do strive to keep our rates as low as possible. Unfortunately major expenses like property taxes, utilities, insurance costs and maintenance costs continue to rise each year, so we need to cover some of those costs in order to maintain our high quality. As a first time customer, we've had a very good experience thus far, with regards to scheduling, using the free truck and most importantly with management's willingness to make sure that all possible details and questions were answered very well. Our move involves a person with a serious health concern, so the kindness and understanding we were shown is very important The storage unit is exactly what we need and has made a difficult move much more favorable. more
