I am a customer service freak and I can say that the service at Award Self Storage is great. They are always patient and very helpful. The establishment is always clean, there's never debris. The pricing is good, I have no issue with that. My husband and I rented two units there and got a 10% discount, so we are pretty happy with the pricing. Between the customer service and the cleanliness, Award Self Storage is awesome.
