I had a very good experience with Auto Tech and Body. I took my car in to get some dents fixed. They returned my car looking like new. I'd definitely take my car there again.

Worst

My A/C is still blowing hot air. I don't understand how the tech thought that filling up the unit was the fix.

The absolute best auto repair service EVER! 1/18/2012

I have had several experiences with AutoTech & Body and each one has exceeded my expectations. My car was "really sick" with an intermittent problem that Jay and the tech team never gave up on and finally it is resolved. The entire customer experience is professional, courteous, and friendly. AutoTech provides truly exceptional customer service. more

Excellent Repairs 1/14/2012

My 2012 Fiat 500 needed special attention. My wife was involved in an accident and Auto Tech and Body handled the whole repair process with such ease. they repaired the body and paint, fixed the radiator and a/c issue and did a wheel alignment. excellent service. They finished the repairs in a shorter time than what the insurance said. Even the adjustor was impressed by their facility when he came to inspect the car. Excellent service Class Act 1/10/2012

If you have to deal with an auto body shop, you will never find one that will do a better job or be as helpful and friendly as Auto Tech and Body. Chadia was wonderful and helped me to get my car repaired by dealing with the insurance companies. She went above and beyond what most shops would do to get the job done right. Thank you Chadia! more

Excellent Repair Facility 1/2/2012

I just picked my Lexus after having it for a week at the shop. I was in an accident and the car required a new bumper, fender, hood, a/c condenser, radiator, radiator support, wheel alignemt... for a total of $3700.00- I was concerned since the car was pretty mangled up- car looked like new and drove better than before the accident. since these folks have a full service facility. they gave me a complimentary mechanical inspection to make sure that everything is repaired properly and the car is back to manufacturers specs. the girls at the front desk are pretty and pleasant and the adjustor kept me involved and informed of every step of the repairs. Excellent service with very pleasant staff 12/22/2011

Mr. Gernain, the service representative, was very knowledgable and considerate. The ladies behind the desk were great. Everything on time as promised. I was happy that the staff gave my car a complete "going over" when the work was finished. They even WASHED my car. I highly recommend you to all my friends and family. more

Great Detailing 10/10/2011

Friendly, accomodating customer service and they did excellent work on my car. The detailing job was better than I expected. Removing the old wax brought out a deeper shine and gave a squeaky clean feel. About as positive an experience as I have had in car care. more

Integrity, ingenuity and awesome teamwork! 9/27/2011

The whole staff works together with such Orchestration of Grace and Ease to make your experience a positive one. Things are explained in a way one can relate , I was informed every step of the way as to it's progress, even getting photos to my phone! Nice touch! I was so impressed with my first experience, while I lived in Orlando I would come down 4 hours to have my vehicle serviced , knowing and trusting it was in the best of hands! Highly Reccomend more

2007 Ford Mustang 8/26/2011

If you ever what your car too look new, then use Auto Tech and Body. I just picked up my car after a terrible car accident- what a surpise. i kept looking to see where was the accident damage. the car looked better than ever. they handled the insurance claim, took care of the rental, fixed the car, kept me updated and i now have a car with a new key chain. very good service all around more

I just want to write this recommendation to Auto Tech and Body staff and technicians. The service was excellent, the follow up was second to none and they were calm, and accomodating during my daughter's emotional meltdown when she saw the car after getting it towed from the accident scene. the car looks great, drives great and my baby has her Beemer back. thanks again. more
