I had a very good experience with Auto Tech and Body. I took my car in to get some dents fixed. They returned my car looking like new. I'd definitely take my car there again.

Worst

My A/C is still blowing hot air. I don't understand how the tech thought that filling up the unit was the fix.

Outstanding Service and Staff 8/3/2013

We have been AutoTech customers for 4 years, when Esurance happily referred them to us for an assessment. Once there, we were so impressed by the friendly, professional service and clean, welcoming surroundings, that we never looked back. As long as we live in the area, we will never go anywhere else. more

Awful Experience 7/18/2013

Awful Service. My car was rear ended & and they are very good at pretending to care. It changes once they get a check. Bill did not listen to details about what needed to get fixed. Missed details on my sunroof & radio when they were written on the car & they still aren't back to the original state. The accident delayed my move to north Florida. Two months after getting the car back two headlights became loose and I fixed it on my own. Three months later a third light (reverse) fell out and I called the shop. Bill pretended to care and insinuated that something happened to cause the lights to fall out despite detailed pictures. After explaining their poor service is unacceptable he pretended to need some time to consult management and never called back on this critical failure on their part. Take a chance with this shop if you don't value your car. more

We had a great experience with our VW 7/6/2013

Based on my brothers rec, we brought our VW in for an qc repair. They called us to explain the necessary work and then repaired our car. We live in Port St Lucie and will make the trip down to Pompano for any other car repairs. more

The service received and work done to my car was excellent and I have already started recommending them to my friends. 6/27/2013

I am so very pleased with the work that was done to my care. It was done in a very timely and professional manner. Also, I arrived thinking that I would have to have it painted, but the gentleman that assisted me was very nice and honest and suggested that we try buffing first. That worked out great and I really appreciate both their excellent work and honestly. All of the staff, from the beautiful lady at the front desk and any other staff that I dealt with was very friendly, polite and professional. Thanks for a job well done. more

Auto Tech and Body/Pompano Beach did the body work and repairs on my car after I was hit. First the experienced owner did a comprehensive analysis what has to be done. Repairs, painting etc. were fast, very efficient and executed in a professional manner. The office was responsive and friendly to my calls and inquiries. more

WOW I DIDN'T SEE THAT COMING 4/21/2013

I AM SO USED TO HAVING A NEGATIVE IMPRESSION OF CAR MAINTENANCE PLACES...I HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF SO MANY TIMES AND I THOUGHT HERE WE GO AGAIN. I HAVE FOUND MY HOME WHEN IT COMES TO CAR REPAIRS. I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE MECHANICS THE OWNER AND THE LADIES AT THE FRONT DESK...EVERYONE IS SO NICE AND THEY ACTUALLY TALK TO YOU AND MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT IS GOING ON WITH YOUR CAR. I JUST LOVED IT AND BELIEVE ME I CAN'T EVEN BELIEVE I AM SAYING IT. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A PLACE SO NICE AND EVERYONE SO KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PLEASANT. Technician tried to rip me off! 2/21/2013

He told me that I needed a new battery. The cost of the battery was $165.00 and to install the battery would be $60.00. Well it has been three weeks now since I had my car repaired and the same battery is in my car and working just fine. I could install a battery by myself and it would not take me more than five minutes. $60.00 to install a battery is outrageous. I will also report you to AAA and the better business Bureau. more
