Superior Knowledge & Service! 6/1/2016

I first found out about Intuitive AV from off the internet and they've done a bunch of things for me. For instance, I've had some rewiring done in our home to receive wi-fi and they've also set up 2 entertainment systems. Their staff and technicians are very knowledgeable, very professional, and easy to get along with - very friendly. Moreover, they respond quickly to questions and emails; I can send out a text to them and I'll get a respond back with in 15 minutes! - Great communication. I am a satisfied customer. more

Intuitive AV made it very easy for me 5/20/2016

They use top-quality products with seamless installation, and everything works perfectly. Intuitive AV's installation of an audio visual system in my restaurant included the speakers, television, setting up cable connections, and all the hardware wiring. They also built a home theater for me, and everything is great. They do a good job. I can say that Eric and his colleagues are very professional, very clean, and they stay out of the way. I can't say enough about them--I think they are great. more

Excellence service, information and work! 4/21/2016

Eric was able to fit me in the same day I called for help doing a complicated setup on a universal remote only URC-trained people are certified to do. He did it quickly and helped clean up the messy install I had had previously. He also, at my request, took the time to take a look at the surround sound system in my new house and all the crazy and some outdated wiring, which he explained to me and had some very helpful suggestions. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone who asks! more

Outstanding service 4/18/2016

What's not to like about Intuitive AV? From when they initially explain the job and go through it, to whenever the job is done and they send someone to inspect it--they are great. They are also timely--and when they give a deadline, they meet the deadline. They do different kinds of jobs for me at the hotel, and most recently they installed a sound system, video system and Internet. Everything turned really good and their price is very competitive. We have been using Intuitive AV for the last year. Eric is really knowledgeable and he understands the client's point of view. He can give instructions and he can explain the technical side of what the job is, so it is easy to understand the scope of the job. more

Very professional and knowledgeable. We had a wall bracket and TV installed. Austin was a perfectionist when hiding the cables and wires on the back. It was very clean. Also they merged our remotes to one universal remote. more

Very trustworthy. 4/13/2016

I have utilized the skills and services of the folks over at Intuitive AV for the last ten to fifteen years. The reason that I keep going back is because these guys are very trustworthy and they always do what is best for you, their customer. They always do a fantastic job and the people they send out to do the installations are always just great. The biggest thing though is that you can definitely trust these guys to do their best work for you. more

Intuitive AV does a fantastic job 2/19/2016

Our church had a very outdated sound and AV system and we needed a new one. We found Intuitive AV and they really did a great job consulting with our needs and demands. They took into consideration the size of AV system that we needed to upgrade to and assisted us with what needed to be changed. They showed compassion surrounding our financial situation and showed us the best sound system for our budget. They installed new audio, cameras, provided wiring and assessed the wiring of the previous system. They even installed a warning system in our nursery. They completed all of this within a month and the results were amazing. Since the installation, we've gotten donations from our church members to get more work done by Intuitive AV, so we've already contacted them to write up a new contract with us. They were honest and very accommodating with the time frame we gave them. I highly recommend them, they're an outstanding company to work with and they care about their clients. more

TV install success 12/12/2015

Very clean, on time, communicated well. They installed 4 tv''s and shelves in my house. They had to cut through true stone at my family room fireplace, which took some extra work, but did not complain and did not try to upcharge me. They protected my hardwoods with covets and blankets. Very professional service. Will use again. more
