Be careful trusting your car with these people. Here's what happened to me. I had them install an aftermarket radio into my brand new car. When I got it back, I noticed 3 or 4 ...

Audio Trix Has done two (2) very complicated installations for me in the last 8 months. The work could not have been better aND WE HAVE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS AT ALL. i WILL RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE!! more

A good Stereo shop with knowledgeable and straight forward staff and owner. 5/2/2011

Eric and Jim take care of me every time I'm in there. I've bought car and home equipment from them. I use to do this type of work years and years ago so I know how hard it is to run a small business. I wouldn't do business with them if they weren't knowledgeable and straight forward. more

We had just moved into our house, and I saw that Audio Trix was local. I was a drive-by customer because I saw his shop, and I had Eric install a flat screen TV for us. Then my husband went up there and got a car radio replaced. After our cable was installed we had him hook up all our TVs and DVD players. Then, we finally redid our basement and installed a media room. Audio Trix was one of the companies we got a quote from. He had done such a good job on everything else that we used him. Eric did the media room for us, and he did a fantastic job. When most people have their AT&T or cable box in a cabinet they have to leave the door open to change the channels. Eric is very knowledgeable, and the first time we used him for our flat screen TV he told us about a router you can add to the TV so that you don't have to leave the cabinet open. It is very convenient. The first router he put in didn't work unless you stood directly in front of the TV, so we called him back. It worked for a little while, but then we had to call him back again. He replaced it with a different brand, and to this day it is working perfectly. We also had to call him back on our media room, not for anything he did, but for a new remote. He came back and explained it all to us. If you are not happy, he will come back until you are. You couldn't ask for better service. more

First Class Professionals 3/19/2011

I had my car audio system installed by Audiotrix, and they did a great job, so naturally I went to them for our home install. Eric came out to the house to preplan. He really knows his trade, he is simply a nice person. We got a great TV installed neatly, and professionally. I will go back to them for anything that I need for car or home! It's nice to have a local business that provides caring, quality service. more

For the most part, very pleased with set up. 2/15/2011

The only issue I have is that I feel that the mid and back speakers are not projecting the sound robustly. The front and middle speakers are working great. The only thing I can think of is the wire that was used for mid/back speakers. The front have thicker wires and I personally have used monster cable for all speakers on my last surround set up and had no issues. more

The best company I have ever dealt with! 2/8/2011

I made many purchases with Audio Trix in 2010. Everything they did for me was first class! Regardless if it is a big job or small job they treat you the same. Ronnie Vaughan has always helped me and he always gets the job done. I hope he works at Audio Trix for many more years. They actually make spending money enjoyable. Ronnie put in a security system in my Ford van and it awesome. I wish I had put this system in my van years ago as it makes my life easier and safer! Please keep up the great work and customer service. more

Navigation Install 2/8/2011

AudioTrix did a great job on the installationg of a navigation/DVD unit in my vehicle. My vehicle was rather unique in that I had many factory features that I wanted to retain. AudioTrix was able to completely install everything and maintain my factory features. The install was quick and I had my car returned to me in the same way that I got it (excepting, of course, the newly installed unit). I would definitely recommend AudioTrix to others. more

From old technology to new! 10/13/2010

I have only used Audio Trix once. Eric did an in home consultation, made many recommendations, and presented options. I then selected what I wanted to have done. He did an awesome job with the physical and technical aspects of the hookups and installation and overcoming unexpected obstacles that came up. Eric really knows his stuff for home theater. The system looks and sounds great. more

Audio Trix installed a home theater system for me. They were very prompt and very knowledgeable. They have good customer service. It is hard to find people who show up when they say they will. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. Eric is easy to work with and has great product knowledge. His reliability is top notch. He came in, gave me a quote, and talked over what I wanted. He came back the next week and did it all. It was an easy transaction. Give them a try, they know what they are doing. My system is wonderful. I am really enjoying it, especially now during football season. I have already recommended Audio Trix. more

Complete sound system for my wakeboard boat 9/3/2010

Audio Trix developed a complete system, head unit, two mounted remotes, amplifier, four main speakers, two tower speakers and two subs for my 23' wakeboard boat. They worked within my budget, developed a system that met my needs and executed the installation with professionalism. The end result is awesome! more

I'm a repeat customer of Audio Trix. They put in a satellite radio one time and a whole new speaker and stereo system for me, as well as some the lighting under the dash. Everything turned out good, it's great, fantastic. I just like all the guys there. They're just nice guys, friendly-- some guys who are in that field are not very. They're social which makes you want to talk to them, and they bring things down on a female level. A very positive experience. 8/18/2010

Audio Trix installed surround sound with complimentary components into my home. They put in Blu-ray, an amplifier, CD Player, all set up to my plasma TV with Direct TV. Audio Trix also wired speakers through the living room walls, front and back. I also got a sub-woofer put in. Everything is working fine. Eric is very knowledgeable about his systems. He finds out ways to get the job done to the customer's satisfaction. more

Excellent service during entire transaction and afterwards too 8/16/2010

When we recently remodeled our patient reception rooms, we had flat screens installed. We wanted one of three areas to be able to play a different DVD than the other two areas. The set up works great and the staff has no problem operating the well labelled equipment. They were also able to set up our satellite office as well without any problems. Our employees were happy with the service because installation was done during a time that did not interrupt our staff's ability to take care of our patients. Easy to work with, prompt and fair pricing. The best part is the personal service from a smaller company versus a "big box" store. We have also been able to use our flat screens for employee training by connecting a laptop to them with a cable Audio Trix recommended. That has been an extra bonus that sweetened the deal for us even more. more
