Review content:
We had just moved into our house, and I saw that Audio Trix was local. I was a drive-by customer because I saw his shop, and I had Eric install a flat screen TV for us. Then my husband went up there and got a car radio replaced. After our cable was installed we had him hook up all our TVs and DVD players.
Then, we finally redid our basement and installed a media room. Audio Trix was one of the companies we got a quote from. He had done such a good job on everything else that we used him. Eric did the media room for us, and he did a fantastic job.
When most people have their AT&T or cable box in a cabinet they have to leave the door open to change the channels. Eric is very knowledgeable, and the first time we used him for our flat screen TV he told us about a router you can add to the TV so that you don't have to leave the cabinet open. It is very convenient.
The first router he put in didn't work unless you stood directly in front of the TV, so we called him back. It worked for a little while, but then we had to call him back again. He replaced it with a different brand, and to this day it is working perfectly.
We also had to call him back on our media room, not for anything he did, but for a new remote. He came back and explained it all to us. If you are not happy, he will come back until you are. You couldn't ask for better service.
